At PH5 Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your PH5 Fashion account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
